What do the fees include?

• Fees for most classes do not include art supplies or model fees (instructors provide an on-line supply list to be purchased prior to the first class)
• Model fees are split between class participants and paid by check to the model on the first day of the class for the full session
• Supply fees are included for encaustic classes except for wooden panels
• Easels and tables are provided by the school except for workshops at the gallery location. Due to size of workshops at this locaiton, students are required to bring their equipment (easel, table, stool).  Students wishing to rent this equipment may do so at $15 per day of the workshop.

How is payment made?

• Deposits for six week classes and workshops are made at the time of registration (50% of the total cost of the workshop); final payment is made 60 days prior to the workshop.   
• Checks are to be mailed to the school at the time of registration to secure seating 
• Class fees range from $195 - $250 for six (6) weeks (see SCHEDULE and WORKSHOP page for specific pricing information);  Workshop fees are typically $150 for one day, $300 for two days and $400-$425 for three days unless otherwise noted 
• Applicable figure modeling fees will be additional and are paid in full the first day of a class ro workshop
• "Demo only: fees for workshops are $125 when advertised

What is the refund policy?

SIX WEEK CLASSES:   75% refund thirty days in advance, 50% refund two weeks in advance, no refund one week in advance

WORKSHOPS:

DEPOSITS:  A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registering for a workshop.  This is not true for those who are informed that they are on a wait list).  The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the workshop.

REFUND POLICY:   A 50% refund will be issued forty five (45) days in advance with written notice.  
A 25% refund will be issued thirty days prior to the workshop and no refund will be granted within thirty days of a workshop..
